On Harold Wilson Court we have stripped off the non-compliant combustible EWI system and reinstated a new A1 fire rated WBS insulated render system. As well as the EWI system we have also installed new coping and capping to the parapet and balcony areas. SWIGA Warranty was issued on completion.
