Insulated render was used in the construction of this new 72 bed mental health facility in York, providing thermal energy efficiency to meet with current building regulations.

 

WBS Grey 1.5mm Slicone Render finish was chosen by the client incorporating a 150mm Stonewool board, easily achieving the required thermal efficiency.

 

The project was completed on budget and in front of programme.
