Compliance with GDPR Legislation
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation came into force on the 25 May 2018
and we have made the necessary changes to ensure that Thomas Niamh Contracting are compliant.
The information we currently hold for you will only be used for normal trading purposes.
This will include details such as your company name and address, contact phone numbers
and email addresses as supplied by you.
We use this information to complete valuations, dispatch items and other contract correspondence.
The only time your information will be disclosed to third parties will be if we are legally obliged
to do so or when we need to comply with our duties to you as our client.
For example, arranging material deliveries with one of our suppliers.
Please note that the information we hold will never be passed on without consent from you.
Under GDPR legislation, you have the following rights

the right of access
the right to rectification
the right to erasure
the right to restrict processing
the right to data portability
the right to object
and the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making including profiling.
