This project is a thermal upgrade scheme to numerous solid brick properties – 138 properties were completed on this scheme using 2 different finishes.

 

The WBS Silicone Render and Brick Slip finish were chosen by the client to replicate the street scene.100mm Stonewool board was used to achieve the thermal U value required

 

The project was completed on budget and to programme.
