This project is the 1st phase of a thermal upgrade scheme to numerous solid brick properties – 30 properties were completed on this scheme using 3 different finishes.

 

The WBS Silicone Render, Dry Dash and Render Brick finish were chosen by the client to replicate the street scene. By incorporating two layers of 100mm Phenolic board the thermal performance was easily achieved.

 

The project was completed on budget and to programme.
