This project is the 1st phase of a thermal upgrade scheme to numerous solid brick properties – 140 properties were completed on this scheme using 3 different finishes.

 

The WBS Silicone Render, Dry Dash and Render Brick finish were chosen by the client to replicate the street scene. By incorporating a 100mm Stonewool board the thermal performance was easily achieved.

 

The project was completed on budget and to programme.
